The Forum has been held annually since 2021 with the support of key authorities, companies and organizations involved in the implementation of the activities of the federal project for the development of tourism infrastructure.
Within the framework of the business program of the Forum, over
30 events of various formats: plenary and strategic sessions, panel discussions, practical seminars, presentations and pitchings of investment projects. A lot of topics will be put up for discussion. Among them are the formation of a favorable business climate in the regions for the qualitative and quantitative development of tourism infrastructure, support for private investment in the construction of new and development of existing hotel and other tourist facilities, presentations of successful practices for the implementation of investment projects of various types and in various territories, creating conditions for attracting foreign investment and much more.
In 2023, within the framework of the traditional thematic track "Inverter Academy", special attention will be paid to applied investment issues in tourism and the hospitality industry. At this site, experienced players will get priority access to presentations of investment lots and the opportunity to establish direct contact with partners, representatives of regional authorities and service providers. And for those who are just planning to start investing in domestic tourism – beginners or non-core investors, a specialized "Investment Laboratory" will be organized within the framework of the Investor Academy, where leading experts-practitioners will share the secrets of successful investments in the tourism business and HoReCa industry, as well as answer the most pressing questions of track participants.
In 2023, within the framework of the Forum, participants and guests of the event will be offered an additional program of events – a series of special projects. Among them is a Hackathon on the management of tourist territories, which will be attended by about 30 management teams of tourist projects and territories from more than two dozen regions of the country, "Developer School. Tourism and Recreation", presented by a series of specialized events for residential and commercial real estate developers. The program of events will also include a Festival of tourist Cinema, within which the latest Russian film works will be demonstrated, demonstrating the diversity and identity of the peoples and cultures of the regions of Russia.
Representatives of all key departments, companies and organizations participating in the implementation of the national project "Tourism and the Hospitality Industry" are invited to participate: heads of federal and regional executive authorities and subjects of the Russian Federation, top officials of backbone companies involved in the implementation of tourism projects, heads of leading industry associations, development institutions and banks, private investors, entrepreneurs, developers, experts in the field of consulting and management of tourist infrastructure facilities.
The forum will be held within the framework of the 26th International Exhibition of the hospitality Industry "PIR Expo" - the largest professional event in Russia for specialists of the HoReCa industry.
