The management company has the right to represent and defend the interests of residents in court, and to raise claims in any matters arising out of administrative and other public legal relations, seeking to protect the rights and legal interests of an indefinite range of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs having the resident status
Requirements for an applicant applying for the status of a Resident
- Commercial organizations or individual entrepreneurs are registered on the ADZ
- Commercial organizations or individual entrepreneurs should not have branches outside the ADZ
- The required minimum amount of capital investments in the project should be 500,000 rubles (excluding VAT)
- Should not have the status of a participant in a regional investment project
- The commercial organization or individual entrepreneur has no arrears and debts on taxes and fees, insurance premiums and other obligatory payments to the budgets of the Russian Federation for the past calendar year, the amount of which exceeds 25% of the book value of assets for the last reporting period
- The company should not be in the process of reorganization, liquidation, bankruptcy
- Types of entrepreneurial activity must correspond to the types of activity enshrined in Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated May 12, 2020 No. 656 “On the creation of a territory for advanced socio-economic development “Capital of the Arctic”
