MFF‑2026 will be held on September 21 at the Central Exhibition Hall “Manege”. The forum is organised by the Ministry of Finance of Russia and the Government of Moscow.
This year, the Forum’s business programme will bring together 16 sessions dedicated to key issues on the country’s financial and economic agenda. Representatives of federal and regional authorities, financial institutions, businesses, the expert community, public organisations and associations will take part in MFF‑2026.
The business programme includes, among other things, sessions dedicated to:
issues related to attracting investment and developing the financial market, improving its infrastructure;
prospects for financial integration of BRICS countries;
digital transformation of financial and public administration;
issues related to the sustainable development of regions;
regulation of the cryptocurrency market in Russia;
a new standard for trading in gold and the development of the diamond cutting industry in Russia;
development of automation of control mechanisms, prevention of violations and implementation of artificial intelligence technologies;
operation of the national system for confirming the expectation of goods delivery (SPOT).
