In order to increase the investment attractiveness of municipalities of the subjects of the Russian Federation through the development of the Institute of Municipal Investment Commissioners, the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies (NAAIR), with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, will hold four municipal investment forums in 2024. The main objectives of these forums are to form a community of municipal investment commissioners, popularize the municipal investment standard, exchange practices of municipalities with investors, and develop proposals for the further development of the municipal investment standard.
The following schedule of forums has been approved:
— April 23-25, 2024, Tyumen region, Tyumen;
— May 23-25, 2024, Republic of Tatarstan, Innopolis;
— August 21-23, 2024, Lipetsk region, Lipetsk;
— September 18-20, 2024, Krasnodar Territory, Sochi.
The participants of the forum will be municipal investment commissioners, heads of municipalities, representatives of federal and regional authorities, regional development agencies and business associations. The results will be announced at the end of this year at the All-Russian forum dedicated to the Regional Investment Standard.
During the forums, municipal investment commissioners will be given the opportunity to present their practices of attracting and supporting investors, building systematic work on the development of the municipal investment climate, and promoting entrepreneurial initiatives.
We invite municipal investment commissioners and/or deputy heads of municipalities for economics and investments to participate in the above-mentioned forums.
