The IX Infrastructure Congress "Russian PPP Week" will be held in Moscow. The event is organized by the National PPP Center and VEB.RF. Traditionally, representatives of federal agencies and subjects, investors, development institutions, financing organizations and the expert community will gather on one platform to discuss the most pressing issues of public-private partnership.

In June, President Vladimir Putin, speaking at the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, called the advanced development of infrastructure one of the principles of the country's economic policy. The Government is already implementing a number of measures to actively attract investment in infrastructure projects, including improving the legal framework of the PPP sector and launching industry subsidies. More and more regions and municipalities, despite the instability in the economy, continue to actively work with investors to create new facilities.

The program of the event this year includes four main tracks: "Current mechanisms", "Industry trends", "Non-standard approaches" and "New challenges". The participants will discuss how to launch PPP infrastructure projects in the new political and economic conditions, what support the state already provides, how effective it is and what investment tools still need to be launched. The congress will also outline new approaches to the development of the Russian PPP market, promising areas and directions for attracting business to the implementation of infrastructure projects.

Separate discussions will be devoted to accelerating the investment and construction cycle, the introduction of digital technologies to optimize projects, evaluation and rating of projects and market participants. The industry sessions will address the issues of attracting investments in the transport sector, education, healthcare, housing and utilities and the environment.
