Small and medium-sized businesses, self-employed citizens and individuals planning to implement business projects can apply for participation in the second competitive selection for the Governor's Start grant until June 30.
The grant in the form of a subsidy is provided in order to support individual entrepreneurial initiatives, involve citizens in entrepreneurial activities and increase entrepreneurial activity.
Financing of up to 2 million rubles can be received by projects implemented on the territory of border, remote settlements of the Murmansk region, in BUT and single-industry towns, projects implemented on the "Hectare of the Arctic", participants in a special military operation and their family members, as well as projects involving the labor of convicts.
All other business projects can apply for a grant of up to 1 million rubles. Projects implemented by self–employed citizens - up to 500 thousand rubles.
The amount of co-financing on the part of the applicant is at least 20% of the cost of sales for small and medium-sized businesses and at least 10% of the cost of sales for self-employed citizens.
The grant funds can be used for the rental of non-residential premises or land plots, the purchase of equipment, the cost of advertising and promotion of the project, including the creation of an Internet site, repair and construction and installation work.
