"The support of investment projects in our work is an ongoing process: we help with site selection, approval of permits, connection to infrastructure, selection of state support measures and access to the operational stage. In the Arctic, every project is a complex of challenges: logistics, climate, personnel shortage, and it is critically important not just to advise, but to be a full–fledged partner at every stage. And the Muravyov-Amursky program forms exactly the kind of management resource that is critically important today to accelerate investment processes," said Elena Nesterovich.

The parties agreed that today, for the development of the scientific and technical sphere, additional government support measures are needed, which would be in demand by companies engaged in technology development.
