As part of the implementation of the new Regional Investment Standard (Figure 2.0), an investment declaration has been introduced in the Murmansk Region. The document is presented on the Investment portal of the Murmansk region in the section "Investment climate" and is available at the link.
The Investment declaration reflects full information about investment opportunities, priority industries and promising projects of the Murmansk region. It contains data on the region's obligations to investors, the investment team, as well as on the principles of interaction of the executive bodies of the region with entrepreneurs to promote the creation of a favorable investment climate and the implementation of projects.
"This year, the Murmansk Region, along with 41 other regions of Russia, is switching to a new Regional Investment Standard of the Ministry of Economic Development. It is designed to simplify business scaling by creating a single customer path. The investment declaration of the Murmansk Region was adopted for a period of 5 years and guarantees the preservation and development of conditions for the implementation of investment projects, as well as the protection of the rights, interests and subjects of entrepreneurial and investment activity," said Deputy Governor Olga Kuznetsova.
