* From the date of receipt of the application on granting the land without auction for the preparation and signing of contracts of purchase and sale, land lease or contract of uncompensated use of land and direction of the applicant and for the making of the order on granting of land in ownership free of charge or in constant termless) using and forwarding to the applicant.
Required documents
- The application for granting the land without auction.
- A copy of the identity document of the citizen. If the application is made by the representative of the applicant, accompanied by a document certifying the identity of the representative of the applicant, the document confirming powers of the representative of the applicant.
- The extract from the Unified state register of legal entities (EGRUL) or extract from Uniform state register of individual entrepreneurs (egrip) (if the applicant is a legal entity or individual entrepreneur).
- Certified translation into Russian language documents on state registration of legal entities in accordance with legislation of foreign state in case if the applicant is a foreign legal entity.
- Documents confirming the applicant's right to purchase a land plot without bidding and provided for by the list established by the order of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography dated 02.09.2020 No. P/0321.
