* From the date of receipt of the application to the authorized structural unit of the municipal administration.
Required documents
- The application form of preliminary approval of the land plot.
- A copy of the identity document of the applicant who is a natural person, or the person in physical or legal entity, if a statement addresses the applicant's representative.
- A copy of the document certifying the rights (permissions) of a representative natural or legal persons, if a statement addresses the applicant's representative.
- Documents confirming the applicant's right to acquire a land plot without an auction.
- Certified translation into Russian language documents on state registration of legal entity, if the applicant is a foreign legal entity.
- The scheme of location of land plot (parcel) on the cadastral plan of the territory.
- Project documentation of forest land in the case filed an application for preliminary approval of granting forest land, except forest land, formed in order of placing of linear object (except if the applicant belongs to the categories of citizens referred to in paragraph 1 of article 15 of the Law of the Murmansk region from 31.12.2003 № 462-01-zmo).
