Required documents
- Copies of constituent documents and documents confirming powers of the person signing the statement.
- Notarized copies of documents of title to the land.
- Situational plan of the location of the object with reference to the territory of the settlement.
- Topographic map of plot in scale 1:500 (with all surface and underground communications and structures), consistent with the operating organizations.
- Information on the timing of construction (reconstruction) and commissioning of built (reconstructed) facilities.
- Balance of water consumption and sewage connected object during the use of the maximum value of power (load) indicating the intended use and distribution of volumes of the connected load for the intended use, including for fire fighting, need periodic filling and emptying of the pools, the reception of superficial sewage and also with the distribution of the total wastewater in sewage releases (in percent).
- Data on composition and properties of wastewater, is scheduled to be drawing to a centralized Sewerage system.
- Information about the purpose of the object, height and number of storeys of buildings, structures, constructions.
