 Required documents

  1. Copies of constituent documents and documents confirming powers of the person signing the statement.
  2. Copies of legal documents confirming the property right or other legitimate right of the applicant to the connected object or the land plot, the right to which is not registered in the Unified state register of real estate.
  3. Situational plan of the location of the connected object with reference to the territory of the municipality or territorial division elements in the heating circuit.
  4. Topographic map of land scale 1:500 (for quarterly development 1:2000) showing all surface and underground communications and structures.
