State registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs is carried out in a period of not more than five business days from the date of submission of documents in registering body in the procedure established by the Federal law from 08.08.2001 № 129-FZ "On state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs".

 Required documents dLa registration of a legal entity

  • The application for state registration legal entity when creating (form No. Р11001).
  • The decision on the establishment, decorated by decision of the sole founder or minutes of the General meeting of founders.
  • The constituent documents of the legal entity.
  • The receipt on payment of state duty in the amount of 4,000 rubles.

With 01.01.2019 when the documents for state registration in electronic form, including through the MFC and the notary public pay the state fee required!

  • The document confirming the status of the founder if it is a foreign entity.

 Required documents dLa individual entrepreneur

  • Application for state registration of the physical person as the individual businessman (the form № Р21001).
  • A copy of the Russian passport.
  • Receipt about payment of state duty in the amount of 800 rubles.

With 01.01.2019 when the documents for state registration in electronic form, including through the MFC and the notary public pay the state fee required!
