* From the date of receipt of the request for approval of scheme of arrangement of the land - for decision on approving the scheme of location of land or refusal to approve the location of land and its direction to the applicant.
Required documents
- The statement approving the scheme of arrangement of land.
- A copy of the identity document of the citizen. If the application is made by the representative of the applicant, accompanied by a document certifying the identity of the representative of the applicant, the document confirming powers of the representative of the applicant.
- Location plan of land prepared in accordance with the requirements defined by the Order of Ministry of economic development of 27.11.2014 № 762.
- Copies of legal and (or) certifying documents for the land plot, which in accordance with the layout of the land provides for the formation of a land plot, if it is not registered in the Unified state register of real estate (not required for approving the scheme of location of land for the purposes of education for the auction).
- The written form of the consent of the land users, landowners, tenants, mortgagees of the original land, except for the cases stipulated by paragraph 4 of article 11.2 of the Land code of the Russian Federation.
- The extract from the Unified state register of legal entities (EGRUL) and the extract from the Unified state register of individual entrepreneurs (egrip) (if the applicant is a legal entity or individual entrepreneur).
- Extract from the Unified state register of real estate (egrn) about the property (on the requested land plot).
