Federal speaker and expert practitioner Alyona Enova will conduct a training course on the formation and acquisition of operational skills with employees, as well as methods of staff motivation.
Participants will gain practical skills in hiring and interning employees, learn about methods of psychological analysis of the behavior of the applicant, which will help in the future to screen out unsuitable candidates. They will also understand the types of personality according to the DISC methodology and learn the correct delegation of authority, master the best ways to motivate staff.
Individual entrepreneurs and self-employed citizens of the region are invited to the training.
