Vietnam is a long–standing partner of Russia, relations with which are traditionally friendly and are not subject to market fluctuations, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko said earlier at the 24th meeting of the Russian-Vietnamese intergovernmental commission.
The Deputy Prime Minister stressed that the goal in terms of trade turnover between Russia and Vietnam is $ 10 billion by 2025.
