The Russian PPP Week will be held from September 26 to 28 in Moscow. The organizers are the National PPP Center and VEB.RF.
The congress participants will discuss the main approaches to the infrastructural and technological development of the country, as well as what role public-private partnership can play in this.
Are there resources in the budget for large-scale infrastructure construction or will they be reoriented to other priorities? Will federal support measures be extended? Will PPP be able to bring the Russian economy to a new stage of development? What role is assigned to business in ensuring the technological sovereignty of the country? How has the approach of regions and cities to working with investors changed? Is there a place for "green" and ESG practices in the current conditions? We will touch upon these and other issues in the framework of profile discussions.
The PPP Week is the leading event in the country on the topic of attracting investment in infrastructure development. Traditionally, representatives of federal and regional authorities, businesses, major financial organizations and experts take part in it.
