Young entrepreneurs of the Kola Arctic will be taught leadership

A training session on the development of leadership competencies will be held in Murmansk as part of the final of the Young Entrepreneur of the Year competition. 

The training will be conducted by federal speaker and expert practitioner Alyona Enova. She will tell about her experience and the path of an entrepreneur from an ordinary student to the founder and owner of several successful companies, about the difficulties in business, as well as how to hire and motivate a team, how to be a leader and how not to burn out while holding several companies at the same time.

During the training, participants will gain practical skills in emotional intelligence and working with it, learn how to analyze people's behavior and immediately cut off unsuitable ones, understand the types according to the DISC method, learn how to deal with stress and burnout.

The event will take place on December 13 at the address: Murmansk, Podstanitsky str., 1.

The organizer is the Murmansk Region Entrepreneurship Support Center in cooperation with the Ministry of Arctic Development and Economy of the Murmansk Region.
