A session on generating ideas was held in Murmansk

On April 17, Murmansk hosted a strategic session on generating new ideas and breakthrough projects for the development of the region as part of the regional track of the annual forum "Strong Ideas for a New Time".

The Forum is organized by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and the Roscongress Foundation on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation.

The strategic session was organized by the Ministry of Arctic Development and Economy of the Murmansk Region.

More than 70 experts from various industries took part in the event: employees of government bodies, local self-government bodies, public figures, representatives of various organizations, entrepreneurs, researchers.


"Such a wide and diverse range of participants will make it possible to successfully achieve the main goal of the strategic session – to generate ideas and package them into concrete projects aimed at positive transformations of various aspects of life," Tatyana Lyashchuk, First Deputy Minister of Arctic Development and Economy of the Murmansk Region, said in her welcoming speech.

The work within the framework of the strategic session was carried out in six areas: "National Social Initiative", "National Personnel Initiative", "National Environmental Initiative", "National Technological Initiative", "Entrepreneurship" and "Digital Services".

The moderator was Olga Butch, a public representative of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives in the field of Entrepreneurship and Technology, an expert of the forum "Strong Ideas for a New Time".

Following the discussions, the participants presented 23 ideas. Among them: "Organization of family sanatorium treatment", "Preferential mortgage for residents of the Arctic region", "Availability of medical care regardless of place of residence", "Polar contract", "Fame in the profession", "Professional expertise", "Clean conscience", "Environmental education", "AgroArctics", "Digital hygiene", "MFC instead of notary", "Social hotel", "Patient's personal medical office", "Hills.Plus", "Attractive Polar region", "First aid to young parents", "Lots for sponsors" and others.


The developed ideas will be posted on the forum's crowd platform.

Next, the projects will be peer-reviewed by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, which will select the top 100 ideas that will make a significant contribution to the development of the country and the achievement of national development goals until 2030.

It is important that until April 26, any citizen of Russia who has an initiative proposal for the development of a region or country can post his idea on the platform and become the creator of a unique project that has received the support of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. Note that the time spent on entering an idea on the platform usually takes no more than 15 minutes.
