Aeroplane completes monolithic works in the first stage of the residential complex in Kola

The Airplane Group announced the completion of monolithic works in the first building of the first stage of the Kola Lights residential complex. By the end of September, the developer plans to complete the installation of the monolithic frame of buildings No. 2 and No. 3. Monolithic works are carried out on buildings No. 4 and 5 at the level of 8-10 floors with a design number of floors from 9 to 12 floors. The laying of exterior walls and interior partitions is also being completed in the first stage, and the installation of glazing started in August. The first stage of the complex is scheduled to be commissioned in the third quarter of 2027.

As part of the first phase, 5 buildings with a height of 9 to 14 floors will be built, in which 611 families will live. Also in January 2026, the company announced an agreement with DOM.RF
 according to the rental housing program for young professionals. According to it, 81 apartments with finishing and furnishing in the first stage of the Kola Lights will be transferred for subsequent tenants' residence.
