In Murmansk, on Shevchenko Street, private developers have completed the construction of monolithic structures of two multi-storey buildings.
"Of course, there are difficulties with the implementation of any facility, but private developers who have entered the Kola Peninsula are successfully coping with them. The construction of all residential complexes is moving at its own pace. The "boxes" of the first two houses are already closed. I am sure that other developers will increase the pace," said Alexander Karpova, Minister of Construction of the Murmansk Region.
So, monolithic works on the construction of the frame, staircases and internal partitions of the 15-storey house of the residential complex "Mayak" have been completed. The developer has started laying electrical networks and ventilation, as well as installing windows.
The monolithic frame of the 7-storey building of the Russian North residential complex was also completed. Now the developer is erecting exterior walls of aerated concrete blocks, bringing external engineering networks.
The implementation of the Kola Lights residential complex project continues in Kola. The developer, the Aeroplane Group of companies, has received a construction permit for the second stage of the residential complex.
"The second stage of the project will include three buildings with variable floors of 9-12 and 17 floors with a total area of about 45 thousand square meters, as well as more than 2.3 thousand square meters of commercial real estate. Shops, cafes, pick-up points, hairdressers and beauty salons will open on the first floors of residential buildings. The territory of the residential complex will be landscaped and landscaped. Meanwhile, the construction of the first stage buildings continues at the construction site on Pomorskaya Street – the first three are reinforced with vertical structures of the first floors. A total of 547 apartments will be located in the new buildings. The project provides for 1, 2 and 3-room apartments ranging in size from 34 to 82 sq. m. For the convenience of residents, the buildings provide storerooms in which bulky items and things that are rarely used in everyday life can be stored. All entrance groups of houses will be made on the same level with the ground without steps and ramps to create a comfortable environment, including for people with limited mobility and families with children.
It should be recalled that investments in a large-scale project on Pomorskaya Street in Kola will amount to 9 billion rubles. The first stage of five houses for 1.5 thousand families is planned to be commissioned in 2027. In addition, housing construction projects of other major federal developers such as Glorax and TSD, which have also become residents of the Russian Arctic, are at various stages of implementation in Murmansk.
