Оn the Day of Russian Entrepreneurship, Governor Andrey Chibis held an award ceremony following the results of the annual regional competition "Entrepreneur of the Year".
In 2026, 73 applications were submitted for the competition. The competition committee determined the winners and laureates in 11 nominations.
As the head of the region noted, participation in the competition for entrepreneurs is a new opportunity to try their hand and exchange business experience, and victory is a sign of quality and strengthening of reputation.
The winners are recognized:
· in the "Start" nomination – individual entrepreneur Perfileva Evgeniya Sergeevna (Severomorsk);
· Darya Vasilyevna Kovalevskaya, General Director of Sokroma Khibiny LLC (Kirovsk), in the nomination "Businesswoman – Entrepreneur of the Year";

· in the nomination "Gastronomic Code of the Arctic" – MOSS LLC, represented by Inna Nikolaevna Lyubetko, General Director (Murmansk);
· individual entrepreneur Venediktova Anastasia Anatolyevna (Monchegorsk) in the nomination "Demographic potential";
· in the nomination "Best exporter of goods" – LLC "Park" represented by General Director Velichko Yuri Vladimirovich (Murmansk);
· in the nomination "Exporter of the Year in the field of services" – LLC "Sever" represented by Dmitry Sergeevich Tokarchuk, General Director (Murmansk).

Then a live chat took place, which lasted more than three hours. Entrepreneurs actively shared ideas for new projects and proposed initiatives for organizing various processes. The Governor thanked the representatives of the business community for the honest and productive dialogue.
"Meeting in person, asking questions, and hearing from each other is worth a lot. You are always interested in a variety of topics, from purely practical ones, for example, about renting premises, to strategic ones - how a business can organically integrate into large–scale strategic projects implemented here. Our task as a government is not just to respond to these requests, but to form a common vision of the future together with you. I would like to thank you, dear entrepreneurs, for your daily work, which makes the lives of Northerners more comfortable. You are not just developing the urban economy - you are filling our region with new services, introducing modern services that make people's daily lives easier. This is a huge contribution and, believe me, it does not go unnoticed," the governor emphasized.
Russian Senator Elena Diaghileva also congratulated the participants on their professional holiday. She noted that every day polar entrepreneurs put their hearts into their work in order to make the Murmansk Region more comfortable and brighter for residents and guests together with the government team and municipal administrations.
"Speaking at the International Arctic Forum, Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin stressed that the Murmansk Region sets an example of dynamic and progressive development for all Arctic regions. And this, of course, is a great merit of the business community of our region – successful, purposeful, reaching heights in their business thanks to their daily tremendous work," said the parliamentarian.
The representative of the Murmansk Region in the Federation Council wished the businessmen new projects, reliable partners, sustainable growth and the implementation of all plans. During the ceremony, Elena Diaghileva presented Letters of Thanks from the Senator of the Russian Federation to Tatyana Belyaeva, the founder of the young EcoSever company, for developing the healthy lifestyle market, promoting Arctic products in Russia and other countries, and Trescoder LLC, a resident of the Russian Arctic, implementing the TERIBA Recreation Center project, for her contribution to the development of territories and the promotion of the region. to Irina and Konstantin Kotlovsky, founders and managers of Facade and Interior Company LLC, for their many years of hard work and personal contribution to the popularization of family entrepreneurship, as well as small and medium-sized businesses in the Arctic.
