The proactive mode was developed by the SME Corporation and has been operating in a test mode since December 2022. With the help of a special algorithm, the platform evaluates the digital profile of the business and offers relevant support measures suitable for a particular entrepreneur.

Its implementation is one of the priorities enshrined in the concept of creating a Digital platform for small and medium—sized businesses. In the new, proactive mode, the Digital Platform not only selects suitable support measures based on the business profile, but also independently checks the compliance of the enterprise with the conditions for receiving each support measure. For the algorithm to work, it is necessary that the digital business profile is activated. Now the algorithm is available to check it for more than 20 major stop factors. Thus, a legal entity from the Novosibirsk Region operating in the field of law can receive 38 out of 52 regional support measures available on the platform, and an individual entrepreneur from the Republic of Tatarstan who is engaged in software development is offered 37 out of 55 measures.
