The Regional Fund for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Businesses continues to implement guarantee support for the polar business.
An important tool for increasing the availability of financial resources for small and medium-sized businesses is the provision of guarantees for bank loans.
In 2022, FORMAP provided guarantees to small and medium-sized businesses in the region in the amount of 348.6 million rubles, which made it possible to attract more than 770 million rubles of credit funds at their expense. This type of support was provided to 47 entrepreneurs of the Murmansk region.
In the first three months of 2023, SMEs in our region attracted debt financing totaling 339.50 million rubles due to 12 guarantees provided by the Fund in the first quarter in the amount of more than 144 million rubles.
In April, 7 applications from banks were approved for a total amount of guarantees of 64 million rubles, which will attract more than 131 million rubles of borrowed funds to the business of the region.
The Fund provides a guarantee for up to 7 years. The maximum amount of the guarantee is 70%. There is a separate program for businesses registered for less than a year.
Among the Fund's partners are Sberbank PJSC, VTB Bank (PJSC), SME Bank JSC, Alfa-Bank JSC, Promsvyazbank PJSC.
This support mechanism is implemented within the framework of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative".
