The Murmansk Region has expanded the list of entrepreneurs who will be able to rent premises in the Murmansk Regional Innovative Business Incubator (MRIBI) on preferential terms. The corresponding decree was signed by the head of the region Andrey Chibis.
Now, along with the residents of the business incubator, entrepreneurs who provide services in the field of jewelry making, construction project development, carpentry, electrical installation (only for accepting orders), physical education and recreation activities, translation services, and design services will be able to take advantage of preferential rentals.
For new categories of entrepreneurs, a reduction factor of 0.8 is provided when calculating the cost of rent. This will significantly reduce rental costs for novice entrepreneurs working in these areas.
At the same time, for entrepreneurs who have received the status of residents of MRIBI, the preferential parameters remain unchanged.
The branches of MRIBI, where it is possible to rent premises for business activities on preferential terms, are located at the following addresses:
- Murmansk, Podstanitskogo str., 1;
- Apatity, Lenin St., 27.
This measure is aimed at further developing small and medium-sized businesses in the region, creating favorable conditions for starting and doing business, as well as increasing the availability of property support for a wide range of entrepreneurs in the Murmansk region.
