At an operational meeting in the government of the Murmansk Region, the results of the second stage of the Governor's Start program were summed up. The meeting was held by First Deputy Governor Oksana Demchenko.
Recall that on behalf of Governor Andrey Chibis, the Ministry of Tourism and Entrepreneurship simplified the procedure for submitting documents for the participants of the competition. According to the results of the additional selection, 17 business projects of Northerners will receive support from the regional budget.
"Following the results of the second stage of the Gubernatorial Start competition, we will allocate almost 25 million rubles for the development of small and medium-sized businesses. Among the winners of the second stage there is a project for interior decoration of the houses of the participant of the SVO. A mother of four, who was awarded the Maternal Glory medal, will also open a dental office in Apatity with our support. In addition, a student's project was presented for the first time among the winners. It is important to note that almost every second winner of the Gubernatorial Start additional selection is a young entrepreneur," Oksana Demchenko noted.
