In the period from October 23 to October 25, 2024, the 4th Forum of the Regions of Russia "Development of tourist infrastructure" will be held at the Hyatt Regency Petrovsky Park business Hotel in Moscow.
The organizer of the event is the PIR Expo company. The main theme of the Forum in 2024 is "Investments in tourism-2030. People, projects, results." Within the framework of the business program, it is planned to discuss issues of achieving national goals in the field of tourism infrastructure development for the future up to 2030, including improving the sectoral regulatory framework, measures to stimulate entrepreneurial initiative and create conditions for attracting private investment in the tourism industry, creating a stable balance of supply and demand to meet the needs of domestic and inbound tourism, improving the quality of tourism services, staffing of existing and newly created tourist facilities, and others.
For the first time, an exhibition will be organized within the framework of the 2024 Forum, where project initiators will be able to present investment ideas and ready–made solutions to potential residents, and suppliers and manufacturers will present products for equipping relevant tourist facilities: from children's and sports grounds to ski resorts and theme parks.
It should be noted that the forum has been held annually since 2021 and today is the largest business event in our country on investment and business development in tourism and the hospitality industry. In 2023, over 1,500 people from more than 60 regions of Russia took part in the Forum, among them representatives of federal and regional authorities, heads of large specialized companies and organizations, owners and managers of hotel facilities, developers, private investors and entrepreneurs, industry experts.
