The results of the implementation of the national project "Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative" in the Murmansk Region in 2022 have been summed up. Within the framework of the national project, the Regional Center for Entrepreneurship Support provided comprehensive support to beginning and existing businessmen, self-employed citizens and individuals who are just planning to start their own business.
Such programs for beginning entrepreneurs as the "Entrepreneur's ABC", the training course "Step by Step", the Federal program "Business Start" were implemented. Thus, 62 aspiring entrepreneurs from all over the Murmansk region took part in the training course "Step by Step", 35 of them prepared and received positive reviews of their business plans. 12 entrepreneurs received municipal grants for the opening and development of their business.
In 2022, the Center implemented 70 training events for entrepreneurial competencies, involving both regional experts and federal speakers, whose participants were about 1,500 people. Popular topics in 2022 were: franchising, social entrepreneurship, niche analysis on marketplaces, team management.
Among them is the federal project "Accelerator of Small Business Growth", within the framework of which several dozen business startups have passed an independent examination. In total, more than 150 applications were submitted for participation in the Accelerator. According to the results of the selection, more than 75 active entrepreneurs of Murmansk and the region entered the training program.
Attending classes of the training program of the Federal project "Social Entrepreneurship" has become an important criterion for participation in the competition for grants for "Social Entrepreneurship". Recipients among persons under 25 years of age were 7 individual entrepreneurs, and among social enterprises – 13 entrepreneurs.
In 2022, active support for the self-employed continued. In order to acquire entrepreneurial skills, study the basics of business planning and develop entrepreneurial competencies, the Center implemented trainings, seminars and programs. Among them: the seminar "Self–employment is the way to personal success", a business game for entrepreneurs and self-employed on the development of personal competencies "Development of entrepreneurial skills", training for entrepreneurs and self-employed on emotional intelligence.
The participants of the annual event "Self-Employed Fair", organized by the Center, had a unique opportunity to present their goods and services, search for new sales channels and exchange experience. In total, 27 people from different municipalities presented their goods and services – Olenegorsk, Monchegorsk, Zapolyarny, Severomorsk, Snezhnogorsk, Polar Dawns and other cities in the region.
Self-employed citizens also received services under the co-financing program: in the amount of up to 30 thousand rubles for account promotion and popularization of activities, such as website creation, VK group design, audit, promotion in social networks, writing a business plan, placing commercials on the screen in the city, logo development, corporate identity, label printing on products, business cards, leaflets, etc., as well as up to 25 thousand rubles for assistance in entering the marketplace.
