The government of the Murmansk Region signed an agreement on the construction of three residential complexes in the Murmansk region. The signing was attended by the governor of the Murmansk region Andrey Chibis, General Director of TSD Evgeny Kunitsky, heads of administrations of the cities of Murmansk - Yuri Serdkin, Kirovsk - Yuri Kuzin, Monchegorsk - Andrey Rudakov.
The Government of the Murmansk Region, together with a major developer, is preparing housing construction projects in the Murmansk region. At this stage, several sites have already been identified, and a detailed study of the parameters and mechanisms of housing construction is underway. Territories in the Roslyakovo microdistrict in Murmansk, the cities of Kirovsk and Monchegorsk have been selected for the start. The total investment in the projects will amount to about 25 billion rubles. The total potential of the three sites is more than 200 thousand square meters. m.
"Several factors have converged in the region to attract large developers to the region. First, a well-designed master plan that provides an understanding of the future of the region. Then there is an understanding of demand. Secondly, the analysis of income and accumulated funds from our residents helped us. And third, we provide land plots, necessary tax benefits, help with infrastructure, and then the economy of the process develops. Therefore, if 3-4 years ago we could not drag anyone into the region, today we already have competition in the field of housing construction. Given the company's experience, the projects that have been implemented in other regions, as well as the financial security of our partners, I am sure that everything will be done. The speed of administrative decision-making once again demonstrates our interest in new housing to appear and open up opportunities for our residents to improve their living conditions. And of course, the Arctic mortgage is a very important additional incentive, it is a radical increase in demand. When it is possible to take out a loan 10 times cheaper, it is worth a lot. Many thanks to the President for his support," said Andrey Chibis, Governor of the Murmansk Region.
According to the company's representatives, 44 thousand square meters of new housing will appear in Roslyakovo and Kirovsk, and 120 thousand square meters in Monchegorsk.
"This is a very significant day for us. These are three more agreements to the one that was signed at the forum in St. Petersburg. The total volume of investments under these agreements will amount to 25 billion rubles. All these investments will be implemented in three locations. Thanks to the master plans developed by the government, it became more clear to investors how we should move, which plan together with the government directly in these territories. It becomes clear which points of dynamic growth exist in the region and because of which sales will be provided in those locations where we will build housing. In general, we consider the direction of development of the construction industry, which Governor Andrey Chibis set directly in the region, including through the developed master plans, to be very positive. I would like to add that entering new regions is an important element of our development strategy," said Evgeny Kunitsky, General Director of TSD.
Recall that within the framework of the exhibition-forum "Russia" and the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, an agreement has already been concluded with three major developers - "Airplane", "TSD", "Glorax" for the construction of about 600 thousand square meters of housing in the region. In total, about 1 million square meters are planned to be built in the Murmansk region, including within the framework of projects provided for in the master plans, in the next ten years. m of housing.
