The Days of Entrepreneurship have started in the Murmansk Region – events aimed at the development of professional competencies, the exchange of experience and new ideas in the business community, as well as the popularization of entrepreneurship itself. The events are timed to celebrate the Day of Russian Entrepreneurship on May 26.
Olga Kuznetsova, Deputy Governor of the Murmansk Region, told about the planned events at the operational meeting.
The program was formed on the basis of proposals from business associations, the infrastructure for supporting entrepreneurs, the employment center, the center for social support of the population, the Bank of Russia branch in the Murmansk region and municipalities of the region
"This year's program includes about 100 events on 7 tracks – "Open innovations in the Arctic", "Educational", "Applied issues", "Informational", "Exhibitions and sales", "Contests", "Dialogue between government and business". The events will cover all municipalities of our region," the Vice-governor noted.
The culmination will traditionally be an expanded meeting of the Council for the Export and Development of Small and Medium–sized Enterprises under the Government of the Murmansk Region, which is scheduled for May 30.

Last year, more than 40 events were held within the framework of the Days of Entrepreneurship. In particular, all municipalities were visited by the so-called SME landing, which included representatives of government authorities, entrepreneurship support infrastructure, the Commissioner for the Protection of the rights of entrepreneurs of the Murmansk region and other support institutions.
"Since 2021, investment commissioners have been working in our region, whose duties now include solving the problems of entrepreneurs, so this year, by analogy with the landing, we will hold extended meetings with authorized representatives in all municipalities of the region," Olga Kuznetsova stressed.
