Andrey Chibis and representatives of the Glorax company discussed the implementation of the Kolsky housing project in Murmansk

A meeting was held in Murmansk between Andrey Chibis, Governor of the Murmansk Region, and representatives of PJSC Glorax. The main topic of discussion was the implementation of the Kolsky housing project and the concept of landscaping the adjacent park area.

"We very much hope that the project will be implemented in Murmansk with proper quality and on time. We see a growing demand for family housing. Following the results of the government commission on regional development, headed by Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Marat Shakirzyanovich Khusnullin, the Murmansk Region approved an application for treasury infrastructure loans for projects important to the region. Among them is the connection to the power supply networks of the residential complex "Gloraks Kolsky". The project will be fully equipped with engineering infrastructure, which will also allow for the renewal of urban networks. I would like to note that we have fundamentally changed the situation with housing construction, including with the support of our President of Russia, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. Today, 20 multi–family residential buildings are already being built in the Kola Arctic, of which 14 houses are being built for the sale of apartments on the market," said Andrey Chibis.

During the meeting, the status of the Kolsky project was reviewed in detail. Preparatory work has been completed at the site, and the active phase of foundation construction and installation of tower cranes is underway. The developer is negotiating with contractors, paying special attention to attracting local companies. The completion of the main monolithic works is planned in the third quarter of this year.
