The total amount of financial resources attracted to the economy of the Murmansk Region through the instruments of the FORMAP Fund (https://formap.ru /), has already amounted to almost 1 billion rubles. Andrey Dochkin, head of the microfinance organization, told about this at a meeting of the Fund's Supervisory Board, which was chaired by Marta Govor, Minister of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of the region.
According to Andrey Dochkin, by the end of 2025, FORMAP has confirmed its status as a key business support institution in the region. Thus, the Fund provided 327 microloans totaling 482.7 million rubles – the main recipients were companies in the service sector, tourism and catering. 47 guarantees were issued in the amount of 230 million rubles, which allowed SMEs to attract additional 482.2 million rubles of bank loans. Within the framework of the loan program of the Regional Industrial Development Fund, 3 projects (food production and fishing) were supported for a total amount of 26 million rubles.
The funds raised by the entrepreneurs were used for investment purposes: the purchase of equipment and real estate, as well as to replenish working capital.
"The Fund's performance is not just numbers. These include new jobs, the development of tourism infrastructure, and strengthening the region's food security. Having fulfilled all the indicators of the national project, FORMAP has proved its effectiveness," commented Marta Govor, Minister of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of the Murmansk Region.
In 2026, the priority category of borrowers of the Formap Fund will be expanded. Recall (https://gov-murman.ru/info/news/561283 /), on behalf of Governor Andrey Chibis, entrepreneurs with children under the age of 5, as well as entrepreneurs with a certificate confirming the status of a large family, will be included in it. This decision is aimed at strengthening the social responsibility of businesses and supporting family entrepreneurship.
"A separate and important area of our work in 2026 will be the implementation of the governor's instructions to support the family business. We will make soft loans more affordable for this category, because such support is an investment in the region's future. Our common goal is not only to maintain positive dynamics, but also to make support even more targeted," Marta Govor noted.
In addition, the Fund will continue to work to increase the availability of financial instruments, expand the product line and fulfill all the indicators of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
