Andrey Chibis, Governor of the Murmansk Region, held a working meeting with Alexey Gorchakov, the new head of the energy sales company Rosatom Energosbyt, on the development of cooperation in the energy sector. The main purpose of the dialogue was to discuss ways to ensure reliable and efficient energy supply to the Northerners.
Dmitry Bazarov, Deputy General Director and Director of the AtomEnergoSbyt Murmansk branch, also took part in the working meeting.
Opening the meeting, the head of the region congratulated Alexey Gorchakov on his appointment, wishing him productive work and professional success, and expressed confidence that the existing close cooperation would continue in a constructive manner.
Today, the Murmansk branch supplies electricity to 10.4 thousand legal entities and 378.6 thousand residents of the Murmansk region, and customer service centers are located in 19 settlements of the region. On the eve of the new customer service center of the AtomEnergoSbyt branch was opened in Monchegorsk.

As part of the dialogue, Rosatom Energosbyt JSC confirmed its continued commitment to strategic partnership with the Government of the Murmansk Region, expressing its readiness to continue systematically providing comprehensive expert support in solving key tasks for the development and modernization of the region's energy complex.
