Andrey Chibis, Governor of the Murmansk Region, held a working meeting with Alexander Frolov, Chairman of the Board of the Aquilon Group of Companies. The focus is on the implementation of the integrated territorial development project.
Recall that the company is with the participation of DOM.The Russian Federation plans to build a modern residential complex in the Leninsky district of Murmansk with the necessary social and engineering infrastructure. Special attention is paid to the quality of the urban environment, landscaping and creating comfortable living conditions. The plans include the construction of more than 100 thousand square meters of housing on Verkhne-Rostinsky highway.
The head of the region noted the high interest of residents in new housing.
"I recently visited the construction site of another company. Once again, I noted for myself that construction is actively continuing, and, importantly, the demand for housing is high. In particular, two- and three-bedroom apartments have already been fully realized. This confirms that the prospects for housing construction in the region really have a serious scale and potential. I am sure that all the planned plans will be fulfilled," Andrey Chibis emphasized.
Alexander Frolov noted that the Murmansk Region remains one of the company's priority regions, given the high demand for housing and systematic support from regional authorities.
The development of housing construction in the Murmansk Region is carried out within the framework of an integrated approach, including the Arctic Mortgage and Family Mortgage programs, CRT mechanisms and interaction with federal developers. Today, 20 apartment buildings are being built in the region at the same time. Recall that 2025 was a record year for the Murmansk region in terms of housing commissioning — the plan was fulfilled by 181%.
