Employers, self-employed in the territory of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, are invited to participate in the survey.
The survey is conducted Ministry of Russia jointly with the Agency for the development of human capital in the far East and the Arctic in the framework of the formation rates of the additional staffing requirements of the economy and the social sphere.
To participate in the survey until 15 July to complete a questionnaire on the Internet portal "Frames for the Arctic". The questionnaire is intended for completion by the head of the organization and/or employee personnel services (HR) organization. All information entered into the questionnaire is confidential. The information obtained will be used in aggregate form solely for the purpose of making a forecast additional need for human resources of constituent entities of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation.
