Polar entrepreneurs are invited to take part in the Industrial Mentor project

Applications for participation in the Industrial Mentor project, organized by The Club of Young Industrialists is supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

The aim of the project is to create a two–tier mentoring system to transfer experience and knowledge between generations of industrial managers.

Young managers and owners of companies will be able to develop effective development strategies with experienced mentors and industry experts, expand their business relationships and find like-minded people who are ready to support ideas, learn about best practices through webinars, seminars and field trips to production sites.

Participants can be young specialists, heads of student design bureaus, students and graduates of specialized programs, owners or managers.
industrial SMEs can return up to 45 years (with an annual turnover of 120 million rubles to 2 billion rubles), as well as owners and top management of large industrial enterprises (with an annual turnover of 10 billion rubles).

The Industrial Mentor project will involve 89 regions of the Russian Federation, about 1,000 start-up entrepreneurs, 500 young owners or managers of industrial SMEs, and up to a hundred owners or top managers of Russia's largest industrial enterprises.

In addition to online webinars and lectures, the program will include practical seminars and interactive sessions, analysis of business stories, excursions to production facilities and individual consultations.
