The Regional Export Support Center has started working with the Murmansk company "Novyy vek plyus", specializing in crewing and recruiting.
The company provides services for the selection of highly qualified personnel to partners from different countries. Representatives of marine specialties, welders, electricians are in demand. Some foreign markets have already been developed, but the company is trying to expand its geography.
"With the help of the specialists of the Export Support Center, we update the website, prepare presentation materials, and prepare a marketing kit. This is a significant help, " says Elina Ruban, Director of "Novyy vek plyus" . – Our presentation materials were developed long ago and are already outdated. And now everything will be in a modern format."
After the completion of the work, the company plans to expand its sales markets. In particular, to select personnel for Scandinavian companies.

Agencies that provide such services help qualified specialists from the Murmansk Region and other regions to get a job in attractive companies abroad. This is the first time that a company with such a business line has applied to our center for support, and the cooperation is going well."
