The first meeting of the SME-Amphibious Assault project with the business community took place in the capital of the Northern Fleet. The event was held as part of the Days of Entrepreneurship of the Murmansk region and brought together several dozen active and aspiring businessmen of the region.
The landing team included representatives of the regional Ministries of Tourism and Entrepreneurship, the Entrepreneurship Support Center, the Cluster Development Center, the Murmansk Regional Innovative Business Incubator, KRDV Murmansk, ANO Business51, and the Heading North project.
Opening the meeting, the Minister of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of the Murmansk region Marta Govor noted the high interest of young people in starting their own business.
"I am pleased to see so many young entrepreneurs at the meeting. I've been working with the business community for 15 years, and I know for sure that entrepreneurial competencies are revealed when a person is genuinely passionate about their business! I admire your hard work and willingness to take responsibility. I sincerely wish success to your projects!" Marta Govor addressed the audience.
The meeting lasted about 4 hours, and the entrepreneurs discussed with experts, among other things, issues of renting municipal property, opportunities for assistance in SMM promotion, changes in legislation and the tax system, the development of family businesses, and other topics.
"The Landing SME team provides information on business development opportunities, helps to navigate the new legislation, the tax system, and get information about grants, subsidies, and benefits. Support institutions are concentrated in Murmansk, and the landing of such a "landing force" in municipalities is a great opportunity to ask all your questions personally. I urge all entrepreneurs to take advantage of it," commented the Executive Director of the Union of Entrepreneurs, BUT G. Severomorsk Ekaterina Alipova.
Also, as part of the departure, the participants of the SME landing visited the office of early specialist development, which was opened with the support of the Governor's Start program. The project is aimed at the favorable adaptation of children to kindergarten, as well as psychological and pedagogical education of parents on the care and upbringing of young children.
The next landing of the "SME-landing" is scheduled for April 15 in the city of Ostrovnoy. In total, more than a dozen meetings will be organized in various municipalities of the region.
