The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation announces the selection of projects under the program of preferential loans within the framework of the national project "Tourism and the hospitality industry". The selection of applications from authorized banks takes place from November 30, 2023 to January 20, 2024.
To obtain a preferential loan, you must contact one of the authorized banks.
A preferential loan can be obtained for construction or reconstruction:
– hotels of at least 3* category with an area of at least 5000 sq.m or with a room stock of 120 rooms;
– multifunctional complexes providing from 120 rooms of the room stock of sanatorium-resort organizations or hotels of at least 3* category, the total area of which is at least 10% of the total area of the multifunctional complex, as well as a sports and recreation complex or a congress center;
– facilities of large investment projects, including ski resorts with at least 450 thousand visitors per year and year-round amusement parks with at least 1 million visitors per year.

The interest rate on a soft loan is now calculated as follows: 3% per annum + 30% of the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
