The updated KRDV service has been put into operation to apply for the status of a resident of the TOP

The Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV) has reconstructed and launched an online application service for obtaining the status of a resident of the territory of advanced development (TOP). The service is provided through an updated intuitive interface on the KRDV website, it allows you to form and send documents in a convenient form. After the approval of the application, the entrepreneur can also sign an agreement on the assignment of the resident status in electronic form. Earlier, a unified investment map of the Far East and the Arctic was launched on the KRDV website, which allows you to select land for projects in various industries and contains information about preferences, infrastructure, investment proposals and mineral deposits.

"The application service has received a new design and interface, it has become more convenient. The user can fill in the initial data of his investment project in a few simple steps by registering in his personal account on the KRDV website. The system will automatically generate a business plan and an application for obtaining the status of a TOP resident. After consideration of the application, according to the law it is 15 working days, the signing of the agreement on the assignment of the resident status is also carried out in the personal account on the website using an electronic signature. Now you do not need to visit the KRDV office to become a resident," said Kirill Berman, Executive Director for Digital Transformation of KRDV.

He recalled that the residents of the TOP successfully use the electronic service for submitting quarterly reports on the implementation of projects, which was previously launched by the KRDV, which automatically processes documents and takes them into account in the database of the electronic document management system.

According to Kirill Berman, the development of digital relations with investors is ongoing. In 2022, a single investment card was launched on the KRDV website. It reflects 18 regions of the Far East and the Arctic, the possibility of convenient selection of a site for investment in many parameters is realized. The resource contains information about preferences, infrastructure, investment proposals, mineral deposits and others, and is constantly being updated. The use of a single investment card gives entrepreneurs ample opportunities for growth, helps to start new projects. For the macroregion, this means an influx of new investments, the creation of enterprises, jobs, and, in general, an improvement in the quality of people's lives.
