November 23 at the meeting of the Commission of the Ministry of development of the Far East and the Arctic was considered and approved two applications from companies from the Murmansk region to receive a resident status of the Russian Arctic. These are ANTEY Sever LLC and Energokonsultant LLC.
The investment project of the company "Antey Sever" involves the construction of five new crab vessels and the development of aquatic biological resources-crab in the Northern fisheries basin.
"The number of residents of the Arctic zone from the Murmansk region is growing. The investment project "Antey Sever" will be the eighth in a row. According to the business plan, 140 new jobs will be created. The volume of investments is about 10.7 billion rubles, " explained Olga Kuznetsova, Deputy Governor of the Murmansk region.
The second company that approved the application for resident status today is Energokonsultant LLC. The idea of the investment project is to create a recreational space based on the dominance of sports and active recreation, create a club that unites owners of yachts and boats in Murmansk, and promote sailing and water sports.
"This project can be called interesting from the point of view of leisure development on the Kola Peninsula, and the complex will also allow the yacht port to function all year round, and will contribute to the development of various types of business," Olga Kuznetsova said. - The volume of investment in the project is about 10 million rubles."
The agreement on the implementation of activities will be sent to the investor within 10 days, after its signing, the company will officially receive the status of a resident of the Russian Arctic.
