Until March 26, the reception of competitive applications for the governor's startup – gratuitous grants to support entrepreneurial initiatives-will continue. This was announced at an operational meeting today by the Deputy Governor of the Murmansk Region Olga Kuznetsova.
"This support has already proved its effectiveness and relevance. It is not only a gratuitous grant of up to 1 million rubles, but also obtaining the right to a preferential microloan of up to 1 million rubles at 4% per annum, as well as the possibility of co – financing the costs of the entrepreneur," the vice-governor explained.
To date, 20 applications have been submitted for the competition, but the experience of last year showed that a greater number of entrepreneurs sent documents in the last week of the selection. The regional Ministry of Investment, Business Development and Fisheries predicts at least 100 applications. Another support measure for which applications are open is educational. The Open University of Skolkovo's "Navigator of the Innovator" pre-acceleration program for early-stage teams and projects is being recruited to bring technology startups to the market. "In 2 weeks, innovators will be able to refine the idea of their project, package it into a working business model, form a project team and learn how to effectively present their startup to various target audiences. All days of the program participants will be accompanied by experienced mentors-representatives of business and education. And participation is free, " Olga Kuznetsova stressed.
You can apply for participation in the program until April 5. The events of the program will take place from April 15 to 29 in a remote format.
