Small and medium-sized business entities
Description
The right to receive support is given to small and medium-sized business entities, which carry out business activities less than three (3) years from the date of their state registration as of the date of application submission.
The maximum period of lease of non-residential premises by a small and medium-sized business entity shall not exceed three (3) years from the date of state registration of such small and medium-sized business entity with a tax authority.
