Description
It is granted to small and medium-sized business entities, which are registered and carry out activities in the Murmansk Region less than one (1) year as of the date of application submission.
Conditions for the loan granting
- term — up to two (2) years (for young entrepreneurs (up to 35 years old inclusive) — up to three (3) years);
- amount — up to seven hundred thousand roubles (RUB 700,000);
- interest rate — 4,5% per annum.
— availability of a business plan and feasibility study of the project for the financing period (confirmation of profitability);
— availability of premises, manufacturing equipment (lease agreements, ownership);
— availability of contracts with suppliers and buyers;
— personnel (availability of a personnel chart, list of employment duties and prospective employees);
— investment purpose of the loan (NLT 50% of funding).
