Description
The training course «Project Management» is created to train prospective, newbie and operating entrepreneurs, who are intended to implement and launch a new project, on major processes of project activities and project management skills.
This training course will help participants to:
— define the principal stages of launching a new project;
— create a team for the new project;
— define key indicators of project management;
— create a program of the new project launching.
The event duration is 5 hours 30 min.
