Description
Training course «Enhancement of Labour Efficiency by SMB Entities. Lean Production» was developed by JSC «MSP Corporation» for newbie and operating entrepreneurs to train skills required to enhance labour efficiency and operating performance of the business. The fundamental principle of lean production is to produce more while consuming less (manpower, equipment, production facilities) and produce quality products demanded by consumers.
This training course will help participants to:
— evaluate the level of current labour efficiency of their companies;
— find a potential for the enhancement of labour efficiency;
— make sense of the Lean Production concept and to think over the applicability of its principles to their own business;
— draw up a work plan of implementation of measures targeted at the enhancement of labour efficiency using lean production instruments.
The training course duration is 7 hours.
