The topic of discussion is the transition from a single imputed income tax for certain types of activities (UTII) to other special tax regimes, or a generally established tax system.
From January 1, 2021, the abolition of the UTII will affect all small and medium-sized businesses. Those entrepreneurs who currently use UTII and have not switched to another special tax regime within the established period will automatically be transferred to the generally established tax system from 01.01.2021. There is a need to choose a suitable tax regime for everyone. The most relevant issues and problematic situations will be considered during the event.
