12 projects became the winners of the autumn stage of the "Governor's Start" competition: each of them will receive up to 2 million rubles for implementation and development. This was announced by the head of the region Andrey Chibis during an operational meeting.
"The support tool is traditionally in demand: 108 projects were admitted to the autumn selection alone. In total, this year the winners were 25 applicants, whose support will amount to 40 million rubles," said the head of the region Andrey Chibis.
Minister of Arctic Development and Economy Svetlana Panfilova said that the participation in the autumn stage of the competition was attended by current and aspiring entrepreneurs, self-employed, individuals from 15 municipalities. Applications for the competition were received in different directions: goods, services, catering, sports, tourism, production.
Among the supported projects are a workshop for the production of semi–finished meat products of the franchise brand "Village-Dobrenka" in Murmansk; the construction of transparent igloo-gazebos in the forest "Escape from the city" in the Kola district; excursion and fishing in Teriberka and the organization of boat trips in Umba; production of photobooks in 2014. Severomorsk; bakery "Polyarninsky bread" in BUT Alexandrovsk; bath complexes in Kovdor and Kzrek; socially significant project - the office of physical culture and recreation activities in BUT Severomorsk; functional diagnostics office in Kandalaksha; Organization of production of bakery products in Zaozersk; auto repair shop "STO Automagia" in Zapolyarnoye.
"The total amount of support for the winning 12 projects will amount to 20 million 960 thousand rubles. The implementation period is mainly 2024, one project will be launched before the end of this year. In addition, we recommend those who did not become winners to apply for the next competition," Svetlana Panfilova stressed.
"I wish everyone successful implementation of projects. And next year, let's not delay, at the beginning of the year, we will hold a competitive selection," commented Andrey Chibis.
