Financing of projects within the framework of the Governors Start competition will increase

During the operational meeting, Governor Andrey Chibis announced an increase in the amount allocated from the regional budget to support entrepreneurial projects within the framework of the Gubernatorial Start competition.  

"Earlier, we increased to 2 million rubles the amount of support for the implementation of projects in BUT. And next year we will increase the financing of the competition to 50 million rubles to support even more of our small entrepreneurs," the head of the region stressed. 

Recall that within the framework of the competition, applicants from priority groups can receive support up to 2 million rubles: these are projects implemented in border, remote territories, in BUT, single-industry towns, on a hectare of the Arctic, implemented by former participants of the SVO and members of their families. Other projects can receive up to 1 million rubles, self–employed - up to 500 thousand rubles.   

The grant funds can be used for rental of premises, land, purchase of fixed assets, advertising, repair and construction and installation work. Co-financing is required.   


Gubernatorial Start has been operating in the region as part of the plan "To Live in the North" since 2020, 130 applicants have been recognized as winners today, and the total amount of support amounted to 140 million rubles.
