The Murmansk Region has become one of the 30 pilot regions of Russia participating in the federal project for the development of investor feedback. The platform was created on the basis of the portal "Public Services" and is available on the investment portal of the Murmansk region.
Entrepreneurs can seek advice, help and problem solving. The response time to simple questions will be no more than 10 days, and problematic ones will take up to 30 days.
The processing of appeals is handled by regional and local authorities, as well as the Murmansk Region Development Corporation. A working group under the Investment Committee of the Murmansk Region, consisting of representatives of various ministries and development institutions, will help in solving individual problems.
